Tuesday Chicken thighs in vinegar sauce – Thighs and peppers simmered in a balsamic vinegar sauce with mashed potatoes.
Wednesday PASTA NIGHT - Spinach and Pepper Rigatoni, served with fresh salad.
Thursday CHICKEN MARSALA - Garlic and chive mashed potatoes and fresh salad.
Friday STUFFED CABBAGE – Roasted in a yummy red sauce.
